THE SHY ONE

Hopping bopping from branch to branch, the Blue Jay cocked its head to the side.  I unconsciously mimic this motion.  Synchronize your watches!  From twig to twig I traveled with this bird, small back roads.  The Blue Jay, perching, looks at me.  I smile back.  (Small inner dance, short streets)  Our bodies sway, find your waySynchronize your watches!  I want to snap my fingers; we’re map making.  SYNCHRONIZE your watches!  I like this dance, but this need to be a Will-of-the-Wisp Waltz, here today, gone tomorrow…
