Another sunrise, new day, glorious;
and the birds respond, sing, victorious.
When I watch a storm I often wonder;
about lightning, and its buddy, thunder.
Quivering, the black cat meowed hello;
an unknown instinct to “get up and GO.”
Crows, a brave mockingbird will NOT forgive;
pursuing said thieves so fledglings might live.
Astonishing the dive of a Cormorant;
it’s underwater flight – REVERBERANT.
What music a cricket makes is subtle;
violins played at dusk is the custom.
